A business management software development firm is in need of a Remote Principal Compensation Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building positive relationships across the organization
- Demonstrating the ability to influence clients of all levels on compensation matters
- Conducting analysis and market studies to identify and generate competitive solutions to complex compensation issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Successful experience building strong partnerships with working team members
- Proven expertise and skill to develop and deliver formal and informal reports, presentations and communications
- Ability to influence the decision-making process and outcomes
