Job Summary
A provider of critical health and human services programs is filling a position for a Remote Principal Contact Center Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting technical expertise for business development and bidding efforts
- Analyzing requirements and develop detailed designs for implementation
- Providing technical guidance to junior resources
Position Requirements Include:
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or the equivalent experience
- 8-15 years of related software development experience
- Experience with Genesys Framework 8.x, Genesys Voice Platform, and Genesys Routing
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM CTI integration
- Experience with Genesys Reporting (CC Pulse+, CC Analyzer, & Infomart)
