Job Summary

A provider of critical health and human services programs is filling a position for a Remote Principal Contact Center Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting technical expertise for business development and bidding efforts
  • Analyzing requirements and develop detailed designs for implementation
  • Providing technical guidance to junior resources

Position Requirements Include:

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or the equivalent experience
  • 8-15 years of related software development experience
  • Experience with Genesys Framework 8.x, Genesys Voice Platform, and Genesys Routing
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM CTI integration
  • Experience with Genesys Reporting (CC Pulse+, CC Analyzer, & Infomart)
