Job Summary
A data platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Principal Customer Success Manager and Account Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead client relationship management at Director and above level (C-Suite)
- Client retention and mitigation of churn are the team’s primary metrics of success
- Inform our product roadmap and prioritization based on solving client challenges
Qualifications for this position include:
- Able to manage large scale partnerships for our clients
- A background in cloud, SaaS, Media preferred
- Able to serve as a team leader to ensure customer success
