Job Summary
A data storage technology company has a current position open for a Remote Principal Engineer Data Center Architect.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Take datacenter architecture modeling, understanding, and market engagement with passion
- Build and create new solutions for the market
- Apply techniques to a wide range of technologies to assess impact on computer architecture moving forward
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel: 5-20%
- Bachelor's Degree and / or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of data center architectures covering network design
- System energy modeling focused on joule/bit reduction for efficiency of complex computer architectures
- Background with system management, network management, storage management
- Experience with product development processes and considerations
