- 8+ years in a customer facing role as a Solution Architect
- 2+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Fanatical about customer success
- Tenacious about advising, coaching and mentoring customers
- Knowledge of other industry products such as Jira & ADO
- Knowledge of SN ITBM delivery methodology
