Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Principal Product Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Researching and managing resolutions to technical, operational and implementation issues
  • Providing advanced technical support via telephone, email and customer site visits
  • Providing efficient, high-quality technical support services

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel 25%
  • 5 years of experience providing advanced technical support
  • 5 years of experience with the implementation of Diagnostic Imaging Workflow Management solutions
  • Advanced Networking (Wireshark, routers, proxy's, etc..), single sign-on and integrations
  • MS Windows client-server proficient
  • Advanced SQL, experience w/ one of the following MS-SQL, Oracle
  • Server virtualization
