Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Principal Product Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Researching and managing resolutions to technical, operational and implementation issues
- Providing advanced technical support via telephone, email and customer site visits
- Providing efficient, high-quality technical support services
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel 25%
- 5 years of experience providing advanced technical support
- 5 years of experience with the implementation of Diagnostic Imaging Workflow Management solutions
- Advanced Networking (Wireshark, routers, proxy's, etc..), single sign-on and integrations
- MS Windows client-server proficient
- Advanced SQL, experience w/ one of the following MS-SQL, Oracle
- Server virtualization
