Job Summary

A company that develops a call center AI solution is seeking a Remote Principal Site Reliability Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing and reimplementing core infrastructure in a containerized, cloud native manner
  • Contributing to making our infrastructure run in multiple regions
  • Enhancing and developing automated testing at various levels of our component

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years in a Site Reliability Engineer role
  • Proven experience with designing, building, securing and managing Kubernetes at scale
  • Experience with Kubernetes networking and knowledge on how traffic flows within pods
  • Able to write code with programming / scripting languages to automate repeatable processes
  • Experience with configuration management tools, such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet etc
  • Experience with Continuous Integration / Delivery tooling, such as Jenkins, Travis CI, CircleCI etc
