• Leading the account planning for company’s most strategic clients
• Delivering Executive Business Reviews
• Driving adoption of the platform and introducing new and existing features

Required Skills:

• Strong technical enterprise-level client success background, supporting clients in a SaaS environment
• 10+ years of experience in a strategic customer success or engagement management role
• Experience in a relevant industry working
• 10+ years owning retention and maintaining health of multi-million dollar ARR accounts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
