Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Principal Software Engineer Tech Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Scope and lead large technical projects on a modern tech stack  with cross-functional impact
• Build beautiful, scalable solutions to make the people analytics experience
• Thoughtfully evaluate critical technology and architecture choices as we build our analytics product

Required Skills:

• Can recognize and advocate for technical excellence
• 6+ years of experience working in large codebases
• 2+ years of experience leading a complex project end-to-end, or in a tech lead or team lead role
• Experience building modern web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, or similar data intensive systems
• Look for signals amidst noise, and can detect and resolve issues before they become problems
• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields
