Job Summary
A global healthcare company is in need of a Remote Principal Solution Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Influencing internal peer teams to adapt services & processes to better meet application requirements
- Presenting to app owners the ever-changing infrastructure & hosting services, identifying best solutions & articulating benefits of each
- Being responsible for daily meetings with team & customers/application teams to gather requirements, lead technical conversations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
- 10+ years working with business applications requiring disaster recovery and high availability methodologies
- 5+ years of IT business architecture experience in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
- 3+ years working with public or private cloud, migrating/managing applications in a hybrid environment
- 3+ years working in a DevOps model and using CI/CD methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to discuss cloud architecture & principles of modern platforms
