A technology company is in need of a Remote Principal Success Manager in Atlanta.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the account planning
- Successfully leading the renewal motion of large contracts
- Achieving account retention and NPS goals
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic customer success or engagement management role
- 10+ years owning retention and maintaining health of multi-million dollar ARR accounts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adjust communication style and level of detail
- Excellent relationship building skills
