Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Principal WAN Automation Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing, installing, and maintaining the enterprise network
  • Designing, installing, and maintaining the enterprise Voice services platforms
  • Researching, evaluating, and implementing new advanced networking and voice technologies

Position Requirements Include:

  • 8+ yrs of related IT experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience and appropriate certificates
  • Must be comfortable working in a Linux/Unix environment
  • Knowledge of major Internet routing protocols, BGP, OSPF, with at least 2+ years of experience
  • Software development skills are required, specifically in Python with 2+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related technical discipline
