Job Summary
An international insurance firm has a current position open for a Remote Privacy and Data Innovation Law Attorney.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing real time and critical business-focused legal advice for a broad range of businesses
- Navigating complex organizations
- Anticipating legal concerns and provide creative problem solving in a dynamic business environment
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Deep knowledge of US and international privacy and data protection laws including GLBA, CCPA, HIPAA, and GDPR
- Experience with data management and governance issues and programs
- Excellent executive presence and concise verbal and written communication
- Superior analytical, team building and collaboration skills
- Possesses a juris doctorate and a license to practice law within State of Practice, and/or other states as required
- Minimum 7+ years legal experience, at least 3 focused on privacy, data protection or data management and governance
