Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Process Improvement Senior Business Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Delivering results that meet identified target improvements
- Leading projects to design and build streamlined and scalable business processes
- Analyzing results of reviews to determine if weaknesses or exceptions exist
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Undergraduate degree and 8-12 years experience or equivalent combination
- Ability to create, implement, and manage business processes
- Proficient in the analysis of data and the use of EXCEL and process visualization software
- Experience working effectively with all levels of the organization
- 5 years Healthcare Claim Payment experience in an Operations Project Management, Process Improvement or Continuous Improvement role
- Lean / Six Sigma certification
