Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Process Quality Claims Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Performing File Reviews (process and estimating)
• Building and implementing an innovative Quality Assurance program
• Identifying process gaps, opportunities, and solutions

Qualifications Include:

• At least 2 years of Process Design and Quality Assurance experience
• At least 5 years of Property claims leadership experience
• At least 10 years of Property claims experience
• Strong claims coverage and property estimating skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience with development and performance management
