Job Summary
A procurement-focused, technology-agnostic managed services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Procurement Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving the operational procurement process (from PR to PO) in accordance with client specific operating guidelines
- Validating of the PR fields, assisting stakeholders in generating the PR, validating contracts, invoice reconciliation, SOW drafting, vendor selection, etc
- Responding to general enquiries from end users and assist in PR creation.
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in operational, procurement, sourcing or service desk management
- Ability to update regularly on delayed/aged PRs
- Ability to conduct Root Cause analysis for delayed PRs
- Ability to reduce PR to PO cycle time
- Ability to draft SOW based on end user requirements
