A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Procurement Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building and scaling the global procurement function
- Understanding and supporting business strategy and investment priorities
- Managing the procurement lifecycle with current and future vendors
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8+ years experience in sourcing and/or procurement
- Experience negotiating with many of the key, strategic vendors in SaaS technology
- Experience building and/or scaling procurement teams, tools, and processes
- Implemented and driven adoption of company-wide, global procurement processes/best practices
- Built, managed, mentored, and/or developed a high-performing procurement team
