A computer software company specializing in call center solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Procurement Global Contracts Senior Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing terms and conditions for a broad range of vendor agreements
- Designing, communicating, and maintaining a comprehensive contract management process which brings global standardization and scalability
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of commercial contracts experience with a high-tech company
- Experience with Procurement and Legal Operations, e-Procurement systems
- Strong communication, negotiation and contract drafting skills
- Ability to build, implement, and document a new global process, leading the change management and cross-functional training
- Consistent good judgment and ability to apply legal knowledge to help create practical business solutions
