A staffing firm has an open position for a Remote Procurement Legal Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Negotiating legal terms and conditions with professional services
  • Using you procurement background experience

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience working seamlessly with internal and external business partners
  • Ability to understand complex contract issues and risks
  • 7+ years total legal experience with proven ability to excel in business environments
  • Must have strong contract experience, transactions, drafting, negotiating and a solid understanding of contract basic provisions
  • Background in Procurement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are an absolute must
