Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Procurement Operations Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Read and understand financial terms of contracts for the establishment and maintenance of POs
- Review purchase requisitions for completeness and compliance with the Procure to Pay policy
- Liaise with business and Procurement as applicable to follow up on purchase requisitions failing to meet required standards
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications and working within an ERP system environment
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross functional team
- Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills
- Process oriented individual, establishes effective internal control over business processes
