Job Summary

A privately-held software technology company is seeking a Remote Procurement Senior Manager in Bay Area.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Partnering with department leadership to optimize cost, terms or other service level benefits in vendor contracts
  • Advising on and support with the implementation of a procurement system, including design, and testing
  • Setting strategy, defining process, and owning sourcing and procurement globally

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement operations, vendor management, and contract negotiation
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working with modern procurement systems
  • Prior experience implementing procurement systems, and processes from the ground up
  • Prior experience building a procurement function from the ground up
