Job Summary

A financial services firm is filling a position for a Remote Product and Agile Center of Excellence Team Leader.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and support a team of agile coaches
  • Partner closely with the Agile Change, Communications, Dojo, Digital Skilling, Agile Coaching Capability Leaders, & Portfolio/Product Leaders
  • Lead the development and optimization of processes and services

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in agile, product management, coaching, and/or consulting
  • Strong history of leading & developing a team of coaches
  • Expertise in agile, lean, and product management, with a desire to stay on top of industry trends, emerging practices, and technologies
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast changes, with an ability to adapt as needed
  • Certifications such as ICP-ACC, CSM-CSP, SPC, ICF-PCC or equivalent experience
