Job Summary

A human resources company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Product & Analytics Senior Director in Dallas.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Working with architects, product marketing and development teams to ensure that business, quality and functional goals are met with each product release
• Designing, usability, quality and delivery of a product or feature
• Assigning priorities, making design decisions, and ensuring stakeholders are aligned at each stage of the development lifecycle

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Math, or complementary work experience history
• 5+ years plus experience in product management with web-based applications within an Agile scrum software development lifecycle process (SDLC)
• 5+ years’ experience at a Director-level or above managing a team of product management resources that create UI/UX specifications and maintain a 1-to-3-year product roadmap
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 5+ years’ experience working on web applications
• Experience working with web applications that are responsive and preferably constructed in open source frameworks
