A healthcare software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Product and Design Vice President.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Defining the strategic direction for the product suite with patient outcomes at the core
• Participating as a member of the leadership team, driving organizational direction through goals and company milestones
• Partnering across the organization to deliver results that create the best outcomes for our users measured against a company roadmap

Position Requirements Include:

• 8+ years of product management and design leadership
• Experience in enterprise healthcare environments
• Demonstrated focus on user centered results, measuring success against carefully determined metrics
• Ability to create processes from ambiguous problems to drive execution in the right direction
• Ability to partner closely with engineering teams in an agile work environment
• Ability to create feedback loops and processes from our Customer Success team that deliver customer insight and feedback to the Product team
