Job Summary

A healthcare technology development company has a current position open for a Remote Product Configuration Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and writing the technical configuration plans for integration of client workflows
  • Leading discovery sessions with clients to analyze their existing clinician workflows
  • Providing regular status updates to the Director of Client Engagement and sales team

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1-2 years experience working with SAP, SalesForce, JIRA, ERP systems
  • 1-2 years experience working with clinical implementations of EHR systems such as Cerner or Epic
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to use independent judgment and discretion effectively
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years experience in consulting, account management or project management or equivalent professional experience
  • Knowledgeable about how to handle ambiguity and excel in an agile environment with shifting priorities
