Job Summary

A cloud contact center company is in need of a Remote Product Consulting Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leading and developing the teams' understanding of the product line
• Answering questions and resolving issues for Product Consulting team
• Managing professional service engagements to understand business requirements

Qualifications for this position include:

• This position may require occasional travel
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of work experience in a professional services role
• Demonstrated analytical skills and capable of evaluating and solving complex problems
• Strong written and verbal communication
