A network and intelligence security company is filling a position for a Remote Product Design Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing strategy and broad scope of work, as well as maintaining consistent design quality of your team
- Providing senior management oversight & communicate progress & key updates with other teams & leadership on regular basis
- Working with cross-functional team leads to set priorities, plan & track design goals tied to business outcome & drive innovation
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 8 years experience in product design
- 4 years managing product design teams
- Experience scaling design teams and processes within B2B organizations
- Strong background in sketching, mapping, prototyping and documenting design strategies
