- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience working with a remote design team, and with designers in different time zones
- Experience methodically developing designers' skills and careers
- Experience recruiting and interviewing designers from diverse backgrounds
- Experience being a cross functional leader in a enterprise space with multiple products
