Job Summary
A software company building cutting edge solutions in Machine Learning and AI is in need of a Remote Product Documentation Writer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Translating technical or abstract AI & cyber security concepts into intuitive, plain language descriptions for a non-technical audience
- Curating a product content library with both internal & externally releasable content describing our products, platform & features
- Partnering with marketing & sales teams to establish & promote a cohesive Rebellion-wide style guide
Position Requirements Include:
- Know how to navigate between internal stakeholders to create buy-in and adoption of style guides and content models
- Have a strong background in product marketing and/or working alongside product and engineering teams
- Know how to establish a “documentation culture” & introduce best practices to an organization
- Can communicate written and oral feedback clearly and kindly to create a “culture of content” that involves everyone
