A product insurance company has an open position for a Remote Product Insurance Platform Associate Partner Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Owning a high touch, high volume book of business
  • Setting up and launch the onboarding, implementation, and on-going optimization plans
  • Coordinating all cross-functional deliverables and internal meetings

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1 year working in a client-facing account management, onboarding/integrations, or similar role
  • Experience owning a revenue target and responsibility for customer renewals/upsells
  • Competence in speaking to/understanding technical integrations
  • BA/BS degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
