A financial services firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Product Management Practice Leader in Bellevue.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing mentorship as an experienced Product Management and agile practitioner
- Hiring or contracting Product Management talent in accordance with our strategic talent needs
- Developing people in the proficiencies of the product management discipline
Qualifications for this position include:
- Excellent People Leader, with the ability to lead with and without authority
- Highly accountable to results and outcomes, with the willingness to tackle aspirational commitments
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, TPM, or SME
- 5+ years of experience working as a member of an agile team
- Excellent understanding of enterprise systems
