Job Summary

An automotive predictive analytics and marketing automation solutions firm has an open position for a Remote Product Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Establishing key performance metrics for the product organizations and developing long term strategies and processes
• Reporting out on KPI’s COGS and other initiative leading and lagging indicators
• Implementing and managing the 4 disciplines of execution

Qualifications Include:

• 5-10 + years of experience as a Program, Project, Product, or Operations leader within a technology organization
• 5-10+ years of program management experience planning and delivery with a Software-as-a-Service model
• 5-10+ years product development, operations or marketing experience, preferably in the retail automotive marketing space industry
• Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Ability to measure and analyze project and operational performance
• Proven experience bringing together internal teams within a Software-as-a-Service model
