Job Purpose and Overview
Appfire is looking for a talented Senior Director, Product Ops for our expanding portfolio of apps. Your mission will be to ensure product goals and plans are established and provide regular reporting. Additionally, you will own the standardization of processes and tools within the product organization to establish transparency and accountability across the team.
Key Accountabilities:
+ Owns ensuring category / product goals are in place, provide regular reporting as well as working with product teams to provide remediation plans where appropriate;
+ Own standardization and execution of common management system and business processes, such as regular planning and reporting to facilitate product development;
+ Ensure accuracy and tracking of progress against the portfolio roadmap;
+ Establish and maintain PM tooling across the portfolio;
+ Establish and maintain documentation of common processes and templates across the team;
+ Ensure PM team are trained and operating according to standard PM processes and tools;
+ Where needed, provide project management support for select high-priority and/or strategic projects without a defined project manager.
About You:
+ Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant subject area;
+ Minimum: 5+ years of product management, project management in a large portfolio, agile environment;
+ Minimum: 5+ years using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) to deliver products / services;
+ Preferred: Product Management Certification (AIPMM, Pragmatic Institute, 280 Group);
