An entertainment technology company has an open position for a Remote Product Podcast Creator Tools Director .

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Owning the product strategy and execution for the company's offering for Talk creators, across several platforms
• Leading a cross functional team
• Ensuring healthy and productive product and design teams

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Have a proven track record of effectively leading and executing a scaled consumer-facing product
• Are experienced at managing organizations with many cross-functional partners
• Have a strong perspective on the future of the creator economy and topics such as creator tools
• Have experience managing managers and growing leaders within your organization
• Have experience leading complex strategic initiatives, and have distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills
• Are an excellent written and verbal communicator and collaborator
