An engineering and design firm has a current position open for a Remote Product Quality Complaints Specialist.

  • Ensuring complaints are accurately documented in the complaints data base
  • Resolving discrepancies/deficiencies
  • Notifying appropriate parties upon audit completion of complaints

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Complaints in FDA regulated industry experience
  • Master"s degree & 1 years of experience directly related to the job
  • Ability to evaluate issues, make decisions and determine when to escalate
  • GDP documentation experience and understanding
