Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Product Support Queue Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Communicate the health of the queue to the frontline and escalation teams
- Improve and develops methods to monitor the overall quality of Product Team support
- Coach frontline agents on their queue presence
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience in a customer-facing role
- 1+ years experience in a lead or management role
- Thorough understanding of troubleshooting platforms and processes
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of the limitations and expectations of the Product Support Team
- Dedication to providing a quality support experience to customers
