Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Product Support Queue Supervisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Communicate the health of the queue to the frontline and escalation teams
  • Improve and develops methods to monitor the overall quality of Product Team support
  • Coach frontline agents on their queue presence

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years experience in a customer-facing role
  • 1+ years experience in a lead or management role
  • Thorough understanding of troubleshooting platforms and processes
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of the limitations and expectations of the Product Support Team
  • Dedication to providing a quality support experience to customers
