Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Product Support Representative II.

Must be able to:

  • Answer customer inquiries and requests
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and research the problem
  • Ensure accurate customer and call information is entered into the CRM

Qualifications Include:

  • Associate’s degree in a related field or
  • 3-5 years of experience in PC help desk environment or technical environment
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures of windows based computer software and hardware
  • First-rate interpersonal skills
  • Positive client service skills
  • Problem-solving skills and writing skills are necessary
