Job Summary

An online merchandise website is filling a position for a Remote Product Support Specialist in Brooklyn.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Gathering product details such as size, ingredients, packaging, and instructions from our Merchant team and our vendors
  • Responding to product questions submitted on our website
  • Reading and responding to customer reviews to improve or resolve order concerns

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Personable and confident, quick learner with a can-do spirit who is passionate about details
  • Able to multi-task and respond in the moment while remaining calm and maintaining brand voice
  • Problem-solver; capable of identifying the root cause of disruptions in the customer’s experience and work to resolve the issue quickly
  • Understand the importance of great customer service and possess the ability to meet our service-related goals and expectations
  • Proficient with Zoom or similar online conferencing program
