Job Summary
An online merchandise website is filling a position for a Remote Product Support Specialist in Brooklyn.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Gathering product details such as size, ingredients, packaging, and instructions from our Merchant team and our vendors
- Responding to product questions submitted on our website
- Reading and responding to customer reviews to improve or resolve order concerns

- Able to multi-task and respond in the moment while remaining calm and maintaining brand voice
- Problem-solver; capable of identifying the root cause of disruptions in the customer’s experience and work to resolve the issue quickly

- Proficient with Zoom or similar online conferencing program
