Job Summary

A non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Production Coordination Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing a remote based team to coordinate all project requirements
  • Managing the Supplier Services Team of 5-10 people
  • Monitoring project plans with the Project Management Team

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination management
  • Experience managing teams of 5 to 10 people or more
  • 5+ years of experience in book or journal publishing production
  • 2+ years working remotely with US and offshore based teams, freelancers and contractors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of PDF production processing and delivery for both print and digital output
