Job Summary
A non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Production Coordination Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing a remote based team to coordinate all project requirements
- Managing the Supplier Services Team of 5-10 people
- Monitoring project plans with the Project Management Team
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination management
- Experience managing teams of 5 to 10 people or more
- 5+ years of experience in book or journal publishing production
- 2+ years working remotely with US and offshore based teams, freelancers and contractors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of PDF production processing and delivery for both print and digital output
