Job Summary

A staffing solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Production Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Planning and coordinating production engineering processes on a daily basis
  • Performing engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages
  • Developing operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of overall production support/DevOps experience
  • Experience with Ubuntu and Red Hat/CentOS in production environments
  • Experienced with configuration management tools (Chef or Ansible preferred)
  • Experience with technologies required by company
  • Bachelor's degree in a CS or related field
  • Must have customer support experience
