Job Summary

A financial service company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Production Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Assisting in responding to alerts, data, and trends that have customer impact
  • Assisting in monitoring production transaction volume, functionality, capacity, and performance
  • Providing high-quality support to our customers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Good understanding of API technologies and troubleshooting
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, product support, or IT support for B2B customers
  • Comfortable working within a Linux environment
  • Intermediate SQL knowledge
  • Committed, flexible, and with demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision
  • Script writing - Python, Ruby, shell, etc
