An e-learning company has an open position for a Remote Professional Learning Operations Manager in Huron.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing day-to-day operations of the Professional Learning event request, scheduling, and reporting
• Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards
• Providing visibility into scheduling cross-functionally

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as an Operations Specialist or in a similar role
• Project management and leadership experience
• Ability to analyze and improve operational processes
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving, time management skills, and scheduling skills
