Job Summary
A software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Professional Services Customer On boarding Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Establish a relationship and communication channels with Sales and the customer
- Set customer expectations for the implementation experience
- Ensure seamless handoff to the assigned PS implementation team
Position Requirements Include:
- 1+ year Project Management experience
- Very strong writing, presenting and communication skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities as required
- Ability to learn new technologies & communicate those concepts at a high level
