Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Professional Services Program Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Consulting with customers on best practices in customer experience management
  • Designing, developing, planing and executing strategic program roadmaps for clients
  • Owning and managing multi-level client stakeholder relationships

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Able to travel up to 25%
  • BA/BS, with evidence of technical experience or equivalent relevant experience
  • Have at least 3 years experience in fostering customer happiness
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, with prior role(s) in customer relationship management
