Job Summary
An insurance technology company has a current position open for a Remote Professional Services Team Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing relationships with assigned customers at all levels and act as a trusted advisor to the customer
- Identifying ideal solutions to challenges
- Ensuring the team follows LC360 best practices, department, and organizational processes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering/ Information Technology, or a related field
- 5 Years software implementation or supporting role
- 5 years’ experience in customer facing role, working with large/complex clients
- 5 years’ experience in Product Management and/or Project Management
- 3 years’ experience in management; having at least 3-5 direct reports
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile approaches to software development and implementation.
