Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Professional Services Technical Senior Analyst in San Francisco.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Collect customer requirements and create technical specifications
  • Configure the platform to meet customer requirements
  • Lead QA, client UAT, and launch processes

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2-5 years of experience successfully managing and retaining clients
  • Bachelor’s degree, with demonstrated interest in technology
  • Comfort with technical concepts and self-guided learning
  • Exposure to common web technologies, such as JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS,
  • Ability to understand and translate between business problems and technical concepts
  • Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with client stakeholders
