Job Summary

An education support organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Program and Operations Director in San Francisco.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Planning and executing fundraising events
• Fostering relationships with individual donors to create long-term recurring donations
• Researching and writing grant applications and cultivating institutional giving

Qualifications Include:

• Passions for the rights of women and girls, access to education, and ending cycles of oppression
• A commitment to fostering open, authentic and caring relationships throughout the organization
• A desire to be the Executive Director of a small nonprofit in the near future
• At least 5 years of experience working at nonprofits, especially in a leadership role
• An active practice of cultural humility
• Experience working remotely and/or managing your own time and schedule effectively
