Job Summary

A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Program Implementation Executive Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Engage district and charter partners to ensure that we are both meeting their needs
  • Provide program updates to district/charter leadership on appropriate cadence
  • Diagnose partners needs and upsell new business based on those needs

Position Requirements Include:

  • Attending in-person and virtual meetings often
  • Proven record of success supporting adult learning
  • Excellent communications, relationship management, and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong strategic thinking, planning and execution skills
  • Highly effective delegation, influence and performance management abilities
  • Must be compelling in external relations settings
