Job Summary

A software solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Program Management Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Building and Implementing a PMO while also stepping in to manage current strategic programs immediately
• Developing a business case with tangible ROI for the resources required – systems, tools, and headcount – to deliver positive business outcomes on a global scale
• Organizing and leading cross functional teams to manage Strategic Initiatives

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Prior experience implementing a new PMO including staffing, systems/tools, and processes, rules of engagement
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• 5-8 years of program management and related experience
• Previous experience building a business case that results in substantial investment
• Ability to lead the PMO globally and work heavily across functions to drive organization, consistency, accountability, and most importantly… results for critical projects/programs
• Ability to utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout program execution
