Job Summary
A computer software company specializing in call center solutions has an open position for a Remote Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting the operational planning, tracking, reporting and execution of key programs
- Driving clear decision making to balance risk, effort, escalations and timelines
- Recommending, implementing, and driving projects of varying scope and size, leveraging internal groups and resources as you see fit
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of experience in program management preferability in a SaaS company
- Experience managing people and building teams
- 3+ years of experience in new product or program launches
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to explain complex concepts
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment with limited oversight
- Bring a positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks as they come up
